You begin on a fragile coal installation, then move through petrochemical operations, standard nuclear oversight, and finally nuclear_full_cycle, the broadest and most demanding campaign in the game.

Every day forces a compromise. Push output and the site degrades. Protect stability and the numbers suffer. Save cash and the technical debt comes back uglier. Keep the director calm, contain incidents, manage maintenance, survive audits, and decide what kind of operator you are willing to become.
